A Soviet Government has offered to sell Israel poultry feed, it was reported here today. The offer was made through the Israel Committee for the Encouragement of International Trade which was formed at the recent Moscow economic conference. It was transmitted to the Israel Government, which is studying it.
Meanwhile, major quantities of chicken are arriving in Tel Aviv markets as chicken farmers attempt to sell their products before the government reimposes controls on fowl. The reason the farmers fear new controls is that the price of fowl tripled immediately after controls were lifted.
