Kuznetsov, First Deputy Foreign Minister of the Soviet Union and head of the Soviet delegation to the United Nations General Assembly, today told a press conference here that the Soviet Government views the sale of arms by Czechoslovakia to Egypt as a “purely commercial arrangement between two sovereign countries.”
