Moses Feinstein, a well-known Hebrew educator, was honored at a dinner here tonight on the occasion of his 40th anniversary as founder and dean of the Herzliah Hebrew Teachers Institute. Binyamin Eliav, Israel’s Consul General here, was guest speaker at the dinner. Mr. Feinstein, who is the author of three volumes of Hebrew poetry, was awarded a citation by David Morgenstern, president of the Institute.
