Moshe Rivlin, director general of the Jewish Agency, was elected Tuesday as chairman of the Jewish National Fund, succeeding Yaacov Tzur who has retired. Rivlin, who will resign his Agency post, said he saw his main task as head of the JNF to strengthen the ties between Israel and diaspora Jewry.
