Dr. Henry Moskowitz has been selected impartial chairman of the Fancy Leather Goods Industry, on behalf of the Associated Leather Goods Manufacturers, employers, and the International Pocketbook Workers’ Union, representing the employees. Dr. Moskowitz has held many important offices in connection with the arbitration machinery of the needle trades. He is also Executive Director of Ort.
