Haboker, Hebrew daily, reports from London today that the presence of Moslem leaders at the coronation exercises will be utilized by the Arab propaganda delegation now there to mobilize opinion against the reputed intention of the Royal Commission to divide Palestine into Jewish and Arab states or cantons.

The delegation, under leadership of Sheik Barslan and Jamal Husseini, is laying stress on the contention that partition will cause a revolt among the Arab countries.

A conference of the Moslem leaders will be summoned, Haboker states, to counteract the influence of Emir Abdullah, ruler of Transjordan, who is reported favoring partition. The Emir, who is said to vision himself king of the Arab state if created, will be in London for the coronation.
