Mosley Sought As Pelley Ally, Cousin Reports on Arrival Here

A little matter like the 158-year-old Declaration of Independence would be regarded as a mere scrap of paper if William Dudley Pelley, mystic Silver Shirt leader, had his way, according to Leonard O. Mosley, cousin of Sir Oswald Mosley, chieftain of the British Fascists.

Leonard, a British newspaperman who arrived here aboard the S.S. Brittanic yesterday and who is not in sympathy with his cousin’s Black Shirt movement, told reporters Pelley has written frequently to Sir Oswald suggesting that the United States and Great Britain be united under a single Fascist rule.
