Mr. F. Bernstein, the chairman of the Dutch Zionist Federation, has been elected as the delegate representing Holland at the forthcoming Zionist Congress. Mr. Bernstein, who is a General Zionist, polled 580 votes, the Mizrachi polling 280, Labour 80 and the Revisionists 36.
