Mrs. Golda Meir, Israel’s Foreign Minister, left Mount Sinai Hospital yesterday against the advice of her physician who wanted her to rest until Monday from complete exhaustion. Mrs. Meir was hospitalized Wednesday, “We had hoped to keep her at the hospital at least until Monday,” hospital officials said. They emphasized that her condition was “not cardiac but due to fatigue.”
