A lobby at Harrisburg, the capital of Pennsylvania, to propose legislation which would place women of this State on the same legal footing as men, will be organized here Saturday at a luncheon to be presided over by Mrs. Jacob Billikopf.

Miss Emma Wold, legislative secretary of the National Woman’s Party, will review the manifold discriminations she says are to be found in the existing laws of Pennsylvania. She will propose amendments to these laws, as well as three bills which apparently made some headway last session but failed of enactment.
