Mrs. Jules Hart of New York, a member of the executive board of the national organization of the Council of Jewish Women, and a former chairman of the New York State Conference, addressed the Hartford section in Temple Beth Israel.
The section voted to adopt a German-Jewish refugee between 6 and 16 years of age and finance the transportation to Palestine.
