Mrs. Rebekah Kohut, president of the World Organization of Jewish Women and honorary vice-president of the National Council of Jewish Women, will be the principal speaker at the second annual Institute on Contemporary Jewish Affairs of the National Council, to be held June 18 at the Central Synagogue Community House, 35 East Sixty-second Street, it was announced yesterday by Mrs. Maurice L. Goldman, chairman of the executive committee of the Council.
