Premier Golda Meir is expected to return to her office tomorrow after spending five days in the hospital for what was described as a routine medical check-up. Political observers here believe her latest medical report may determine whether or not she decides to remain in office after the national elections next Oct. They said her five-day rest in the hospital gave her an opportunity to consider her next step. Mrs. Meir promised before Israel’s Independence Day celebrations on May 7 that she would announce her plans within a week or so.
