Premier Golda Meir declared today that peace has priority over her coalition. Replying to a question by Shmuel Tamir of the Free Center faction, Mrs. Meir said she would not hesitate to disband her national coalition government if it failed to agree on a proposed peace offer. She added that this would apply only if a concrete proposal were up for discussion, which is not the case at present.
