Three thousand American Jewish leaders are scheduled to be present at a major address to be delivered by Mrs. Golda Meir in New York on Dec. 14. The occasion for the speech is the banquet of the 1975 National Conference of the United Jewish Appeal. It is the first time Mrs. Meir is addressing Jewish leaders in the United States since stopping down from her post as Premier of Israel.
Highlights of the Conference will include an address by Leon Dulzin, treasurer of the Jewish Agency; the Louis Pincus Memorial Lecture, delivered by Prof. Irving Greenberg. director. National Jewish Conference Center; and a tribute to the 60th anniversary of the Joint Distribution Committee.
