Mrs. Mortimer Jacobson, Hadassah president, announced today that the women’s Zionist group had flown more than $100,000 worth of medical supplies to the Hadassah-Hebrew University medical center in Jerusalem. She said the supplies, donated by many manufacturers and retailers, would be flown to the medical center on a daily basis “as long as the need for them exists.”
