The nomination of Mrs. Anna Rosenberg as Assistant Secretary of Defense was unanimously approved here last night by the Senate Armed Services Committee. Mrs. Rosenberg, who is one of the country’s top-flight manpower and labor relations consultants, will be in charge of manpower problems in the Defense Department.
