Mrs. Sara Friedman, founder and president of the Palestine Lighthouse School and Home for the Blind in Jerusalem, died here yesterday at the age of 69. She was active in behalf of the institution, which has provided specialized aid to blind Jews, particularly children, for the past 24 years.
