Mrs. Frieda Schiff Warburg, widow of the late Jewish leader Felix Warburg and veteran worker and contributor to philanthropic and communal causes, was one of the three recipients last night of the World Brotherhood Award for her “distinguished contributions to human dignity and world understanding.”
Two others who received the award were Governor Theodore R. McKeldin, of Maryland, and Father John La Farge, editor and educator. The leather-bound citations were presented at a dinner at the Waldorf Astoria. The World Brotherhood movement is sponsored by the Jewish Theological Seminary.
