Samuel L. Haber, former military government officer in Germany, today flew to assume direction of the Joint Distribution Com##tee’s staff of 250 in the American zone of Germany. While serving as a major inthe ##aria and Wurtemberg areas last year, Haber was instrumental in recovering documents, correspondence and books belonging to Dr. Alfred Rosenberg, Nazi racial ##oretician.
