The London press today highly praises the population of Munich for its definite attitude of sympathy towards the Jews shown yesterday during the Nazi attacks on Jewish stores.
“The people of Munich,” the Sunday Times writes, “have openly displayed their sympathy for the underdog. Thus the results of the anti-Jewish demonstrations in Munich are just the opposite of what Streicher and his like would like them to be.”
