A Munich court today rejected a suit by war criminal Erich Rajakovich against Simon Wiesenthal, head of the Vienna Jewish Documentation Center, in which Rajakovich claimed that he had been defamed in certain passages of Mr. Wiesenthal’s book, “The Murderers Among Us.” Rajakovich was an aide to Adolf Richmann. He is wanted in Holland to face charges of mass murder in connection with his role in the deportation of Dutch Jews to the death camps.
Three Czechoslovakian jurists have accepted the invitation of the Central Office for Prosecution of Nazi Crimes to come to Germany to testify, it was learned today. The jurists are expected to arrive here later this months.
