Special regulations clarifying the question of whether Jewish firms are to be allowed to receive orders from public institutions will be issued soon, Reich Minister for Economics Hjalmar Schacht states in a circular issued today. Until the regulations are issued however, the circular points out, only Reich citizens in the sense outlined by the Nuremberg laws may be given municipal orders.
