Funeral services were held today for Nochum B. Minkoff, Yiddish poet, critic, editor and educator, who died here this week-end at the age of 64. At the time of his death, Mr. Minkoff was editor of the Yiddish literary monthly, “Zukunft.”
In addition to his own volumes of poetry, Mr. Minkoff wrote three books on American Yiddish poetry. He was a member of the faculty of the Academy for Higher Jewish Learning, New School for Social Research and Jewish Teachers Seminary.
