N.j. Governor Signs Civil Rights Legislation to Encourage Racial, Religious Tolerance

Civil rights legislation designed to encourage racial and religious tolerance in employment, education, recreation and public accommodations in this state was signed yesterday by Gov. Alfred E. Driscoll. The We## Jersey governor voiced the hope that a “spirit of tolerance” would result from we new law.
