The New Jersey Normal School for Teachers and Social Workers will graduate twenty-five students Sunday evening. Rabbis Barnet A. Elzas, of Long Branch, Solomon Foster of Newark, president of the school faculty, and Max Raisin of Paterson will speak at the commencement.
