The New York Board of Rabbis, representing more than 850 Orthodox, Reform and Conservative rabbis, today sent a telegram to Governor Paul B. Johnson, Jr. of Mississippi, expressing shock at the wanton attack on Rabbi Arthur Lelyveld of Cleveland.
