Representatives of 47 Reform temples in the Greater New York area have formed a permanent Association of Religious Schools Boards to improve educational standards in Reform congregation religious schools in the local area, it was announced today by Dr. Abraham N. Franzbalu, Dean of the Hebrew Union School of Education, and Rabbi Daniel L. Davis, Director of the N.Y. Federation of Reform Synagogues.
