Henrikas Rabinavicius, formerly first secretary of the Lithuanian legation in Washington, and later Lithuanian consul-general in New York, was today appointed counsellor to the Lithuanian legation in Moscow. Mr. Rabinavicius has also served in the Lithuanian diplomatic service in Latvia, England and Denmark.
