Manuel Rosenberg, “Cincinnati Post” sketch artist, was made a colonel on the staff of Governor Flem D. Sampson of Kentucky this week in recognition of his services to Kentucky progress through his work on the “Kentucky Post,” Covington edition of the “Cincinnati Post.” His commission was awarded at a dinner of the Cincinnati Newspapermen’s Club here.
