According to the articles of incorporation of the “American Joint Reconstruction Foundation, published here recently, the American members, representing the Joint Distribution Committee, will be the following: Bernard Flexner, Meyer Gillis, Herbert H. Lehman, Leonard George Robinson, Felix M. Warburg and Peter Wiernik.
Two of the members of the new Foundation, representing the Ica, the Jewish Colonization Association, are Leonard Lional Cohen and Leonard Goldsmid Montefiore, of London.
The names of the members belonging to the third class, C, who are to be co-opted by the first two classes, A and B, are not yet known.
