Nathan L. Goldstein, president of the United States Maccabi Association, Inc., leads the list of sponsors of the scheduled tribute to M. M. Ussishkin, the purpose of which is to raise funds for the establishment of the Kfar Ussishkin, a colony in Palestine. The Jewish National Fund is sponsoring the affair.
According to an announcement issued by Rabbi Israel Goldstein, president of the Jewish National Fund of America, the Ussishkin dinner will be held Wednesday, May 2, at the Astor. Fifty dollars per couple will be charged, the sum being equivalent to the price of one dunam of Palestinian land.
