Jewish Book Month will be ushered in on Saturday, Nov. 20th by a series of Jewish book programs to be conducted over the air, in the libraries, schools, clubs, societies, centers and religious institutions and other agencies throughout the country, it was announced here today.
New York, Chicago, Boston, Detroit and other of the larger communities have organized city-wide committees for the planning of special observances for Jewish Book Month and Week, officially designated by the Jewish Book Council of America for the period November 20th through December 19th.
