The board of directors of the National Council of Jewish Women has adopted a national budget of $696,000 for the 1952-53 fiscal year, the organization announced here today. Together with the expenditures of its 245 local sections, the Council will spend some $2,500,000 on its various programs next year. The membership rolls of the Council have reached an all-time high of 97,000.
