M. Dubnikoff of Rochester was named chairman; Ben Zion Miller of Syracuse, secretary. The newly appointed executive committee includes L. Liberman of Wilkes Barre, Pa., Isidore Shapiro of Syracuse, B. Averbach of Rochester, I. Dezoretz of Buffalo, I. Leckach of Scranton, Pa., Schrieber of Binghamton, Mrs. Suraty of Buffalo and Mrs. Rose Goldstein of Binghamton.
The parley decided to raise a $1,000 fund for Jewish education in the state and to help open new folk schools in cities represented by delegates.
