Nazi commissars administering Jewish enterprises in Poland are demanding that Wilno merchants discharge their pre-war debts. Many of the debtors, however, have already paid the debts to refugee industrialists personally, payment which the Nazis are refusing to recognize. Wilno merchants are demanding a moratorium until a final solution of the problem is reached.
