Court verdicts in cases affecting Jews and non-Jews must be based exclusively on the existing laws and not on Nazi principles as enunciated by individual Nazi leaders, Die Deutsche Justiz, official organ of the Reich Ministry of Justice, warned today, emphasizing that where a verdict is unjustified and Nazi principles are brought in to justify such a verdict, “such interpretations are too far-reaching.”
