Libel proceedings against Nazi leaders in New York will be started for distributing anti-Jewish publications containing the allegation that the Lindbergh baby was kidnapped by Jews for Passover ritual purposes, it was announced here yesterday.
Action will be instituted also against Raymond J. Healy, editor of The Storm, a Nazi publication circulated chiefly in Yorkville.
