The National Socialist Movement in the United States has recently been organized and strengthened, following the rise of Hitler to the Chancellorship of Germany, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learns from reliable sources.
The headquarters of the National Socialist Party in the United States are located in Detroit, at 10860 Shoemaker Avenue, under the direction of Heinz Spanknoebel, who was appointed leader for the Hitlerites in the United States by Dr. H. Nieland, head of the Department of Foreign Propaganda, located in Hamburg.
All groups, cells, and individual members are subjected to the discipline of Heinz Spanknoebel, and they are ordered unconditionally to obey his instructions. Any complaints with regard to orders or instructions given by Spanknoebel are to be addressed to himself. If he is not in a position to handle the complaints by himself, they are to be forwarded by him to Dr. H. Nieland, together with his own remarks. Spanknoebel is empowered to establish local groups and appoint leaders, or to dismiss them from office. Such matters are, however, to be reported immediately to Dr. Nieland, head of the Nazi Department of Foreign Propaganda.
All membership fees are to be paid to Spanknoebel. The membership fee has been fixed at 3 German Marks (75c) per member, per group, of which
