Suppression of the newly published 1936 “Wer Ist’s,” the German Who’s Who, was demanded today by Der Schwarze Korps, organ of Hitler’s blackshirted elite guards, on the ground that the volume contains too many Jewish names.
The paper states: “Of 18,000 names every tenth one is non-Aryan.”
The newspaper demands that the publisher of the volume be prosecuted “for not fulfilling the high responsibility that any one publishing such a work bears.”
