Gustav Schierholz, one-time Nazi Party propaganda chief for the German state of Schleswig Holstein, is back in an important governmental post in that province, it was announced here today. Schierholz has been named press chief and “personal aide” to Hans Adolf Asrach Provincial Minister for Labor, Social Affairs and Expellees.
Asbach was himself a full-time Nazi Party functionary with the German Labor Front for all of Pomerania. He also wore the brown shirt of the Nazi Storm Troops. His Nazi record was so black that, in 1946, the local bar association refused to admit him to the practice of law. Now he is not only Minister of Labor but also Deputy Minister-President.
