Personal tragedies as a result of the racial policy of the Nazis is unavoidable, Dr. Gross, head of the Nazi Racial Bureau in Germany told a Nazi audience at a meeting in London today.

“It must be expected”, Dr. Gross said, “that there will be many personal tragedies as a result of the Nazi racial ‘purification,’ but this is unavoidable if future generations are to be made happy.”

Dr. Gross also told his Nazi listeners that the anti-Semitic policy of the Third Reich is absolutely justified and dictated by “pure reason.”

“It is necessary to protect Germans from the evil influence of the Jews”, he said, “lest we wish to perish altogether.”

Speaking obviously for the benefit of the press, Dr. Gross also informed the Nazi meeting that it is not true that Jews are deprived of their livelihood in Germany, and that all reports to the contrary are merely inventions of the Jews to harm the Nazi regime in Germany.
