Nazi Radio Announces All Jews Will Be Expelled from Holland

An announcement that all 150,000 Jews of Holland will be deported to Nazi-occupied territory in Eastern Europe was made today over the Nazi radio station in Amsterdam.

“It will be sad not to see any longer the familiar faces of our Jewish friends, but after all they are citizens of the world and will settle down somewhere else just as well,” the Nazi announcer stated sarcastically.

Reports reaching here from Holland state that the Dutch population there is prepared for the shock of seeing all the Jews deported from the country. Nazi authorities in Holland try to lessen the effect of the news about the forthcoming expulsion of all Jews from the country by “explaining” that even Dutch “aryans” will be sent to Nazi-occupied Russian territory and that a German-Dutch Colonization Company has already been formed for that purpose. The Jews have been living in Holland since the 13th century.

ANTI-JEWISH ACTION INTENSIFIED BY THE NAZIS IN DENMARK

The Swedish press today reports that the Nazis have also intensified their anti-Jewish activities in Denmark under the pretext that “the Jewish influence is still strongly felt among the Danish people.” The Nazi occupational authorities were especially indignant over the fact that the Danish newspaper National Tidende of Copenhagen refused to publish a Nazi eulogy announcing the death of the leader of the Danish Legion, von Schalburg, killed on the Russian front.

Attributing this refusal to the Jewish business manager of the Danish newspaper, the Nazi occupational authorities insisted that the manager must resign at once, otherwise the entire Jewish population of Denmark would suffer. Though the manager complied with the Nazi request for his resignation, the incident is being used by German occupational authorities for increased anti-Jewish propaganda, according to the reports published in Swedish newspapers here.
