The Duke of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, president of the German Red Cross, will arrive in Washington March 14. While he is here he will discuss Polish relief questions with Norman Davis, chairman of the American Red Cross, and possibly with ex-President Herbert Hoover, it was learned today. In Washington, the Duke, who is a cousin of the King of England, although a german citizen, will be entertained at the German Embassy.
