Dr. Frerck, rapporteur at the Reich Ministry of Education, published a statement setting out the grounds for the recent order issued by the Minister of Education, Dr. Rust, that “Aryan” students must never be ranked behind non-“Aryan” students and that no privileges may be given to non-“Aryan” pupils so long as they have not been given to any “Aryan” student.
