Measures against Nazi students in the Swiss universities were urged by the press here today, as a result of the resentment they are provoking among the country’s liberal students.
Particular resentment has been aroused by the system which the Nazi students have introduced of surreptitiously destroying all anti-Nazi newspapers in the universities and in the libraries.
At a meeting of students here today it was decided to publish a sharp denunciation against the vandalistic activities of the Nazi students. A sharper surveillance was urged of all readers admitted to the reading rooms of the universities and public libraries in Switzerland.
