John C. Vinson, 18, disciple of an American Nazi movement, who is accused of slaying a Jewish youth, has been found sane after mental observation at the Southwestern State Hospital in Virginia, and returned to Fairfax County to stand trial on a murder charge.
Vinson is charged with shooting Lewis M. Goldfein, last September, outside the Goldfein home in a Virginia suburb of the District of Columbia.
