Nazi baker-workers have broken away from the union because of the American Federation of Labor boycott
resolution and are now acting as strike-breakers for the Cushman and Sons, Inc. bakeries, Bakery Workers Union Local 5o charged today.
“The company has arranged production in such a way that the Nazis could work more than 800 hours overtime, although 200 old employes had been on the streets for months, laid off or locked out for union activity,” Herman Gund, union secretary, declared.
The company has been consistently favoring the German elements among the workers, he charged.
