German Nazi university students here demonstrated for ten minutes with a series of derisive cat-calls and shouts of “Out with Jewish professors l” against the contemplated appointment of Professor Kelsen, one of the Jewish professors ousted from German universities by the Nazis, to the chair of politics and constitutional law at the University of Prague.

Professor Kelsen is one of the group of professors mentioned in connection with the “University in Exile” which the New School of Social Research is seeking to establish in New York.
