Public propaganda against members of the Jewish community of Upper Silesia will meet with strict Nazi party discipline, an order published yesterday over the signature of Waldmann, a subordinate district leader, says.
The order appears in Deutschostfront, published in Gleiwitz, and says that “in order to fulfil Germany’s obligations under the Geneva convention, all subordinate and affiliated bodies of the Nazi party within the former Upper Silesian plebiscite area are instructed not to engage in any public propaganda against members of the Jewish community in this area. This order particularly applies to the Hago and to Nazi trade and artisan cooperatives. Violations of this order in the future will be disciplined by the party.”
The Hago is a Nazi trade group.
